With the basic understanding that helping women to be reliant and economically self-sufficient betters her child’s future, Vatsalya Trust has started Urban Women Empowerment Programmes. Till date the Trust has conducted various short term as well as long term courses.

Long Term Courses:
Nursing Assistants Training Course:- This Course consists of 4 months theory & 6 months practical training in the reputed large scale hospital.
Balwadi Teacher’s Training Course:- This Course is of 1 year duration & in addition to the course curriculum exposure to various schools & balwadis is also provided to the participants.
